Light-matter interaction of the polar-polar interface LaVO<sub>3</sub>-KTaO<sub>3</sub> (111)

KTaO 3 (KTO) has emerged as a potential candidate in the spintronics block showing emergent phenomena its bulk form well thin films, especially KTO-based heterostructures and interfaces. In this work, we have grown film of polar Mott insulator LaVO (LVO) on band KTO (111) using pulsed laser deposition technique. This interfce shows insulator-to-metal transition. We studied photoelectrical properties by blue light wavelength 405 nm for illumination temperatures ranging from 76 K 300 K. Under illumination, interface enhancement conductivity, both to system shown persistent photoconductivity well. Further, electrostatic gating also been applied tune charge carrier density conductivity is increased around 23 % under effect gating.
